Hi
We are getting error while we are trying to login with Chrome Mobile WebView 68.0.3440 / Android 7.1.1 .
It is working as expected from desktop and mobile browsers. User is trying to login using Auth0 popup as per below screenshot
Clicking on login Auth0 modal appears and when we are hit login button It just see the login spinner. Sometime we got error message says “Object didn’t pass validation for format user-id: 35866”.
Can you please help us to find and resolve the issue? Please let us know if you need more information.
Thanks
Hey there @mantraitteam! I would like to find out a little bit more information to better help you with this issue. Is just one particular user experiencing this login failure? Do we see anything in the console when this error occurs? Did this recently start happening? Thanks!
Hi James,
No more than one users facing login failure issues. No we are not finding any errors over console.
Not sure about issues but client has reported recently this issue and as per subject this issue is only for Android web-view else others desktop and mobile browsers working fine.
Waiting for your response.
Thanks
