We have a tenant that is paid for with my company CC. Both employees that were on the project to set this up have left the company. I have tried to alias their emails and reset passwords but both account are apparently MFA enabled and sending codes to their phones.
Neither left on great terms. I need to get SOMEONE to help me gain access to our tenant, remove these people as admins and create our new team of admins.
