Hi.
We have multiple tenants configured which are providing the same functionality across different regions.
In one region we have it set up correctly and the login page is showing the reset password link. But in another, with the same settings, is not showing the reset password link. Why might this be?
We are using a custom database and universal login. We have customized the login page html but are using an external reset password page.
Works in one, not in the other.
Please help. Thank you
