MFA Reset for another of my Auth0 tenants/accounts

Hi Support Engineers,

I am using my Paid account to get help on one of my free accounts here to reset my MFA. I am locked out of my account since I can’t locate my previous MFA app on my new phone. What information do I need to provide? Thanks!
