MFA enrollment options for email-only?

Hi, we have a corner case where we only want to use email as MFA (hehe, don’t ask) but that doesn’t seem to be possible. Works fine once a user has enrolled, but I can’t use that as the only option.
Yes, I have search forum and docs but can’t find it except for the error I get when trying to disable the other options:

Email, Recovery Code, and/or WebAuthn with FIDO Device Biometrics can’t be enabled as the only factors. Please disable the email, recovery code, and biometrics factors before disabling WebAuthn with FIDO Security Keys.

I understand that you would like to only enable Email as an MFA factor for your applications.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do so. You’ll need to enable an additional factor, as Email MFA cannot be the only factor enabled. This is defined in our Email MFA docs here.

In this case, I recommend that you enable an additional MFA factor to make this work.
