There seems to be an issue with the account usage related to M2M token usage, at least in our account. We received a warning advising us that our M2M tokens usage has crossed 80% of our plan limit for this month, then 90%, then new tokens were rejected. We were really using M2M token however Auth0 dashboard for M2M token quota utilization always showed us that we used 0 out of the 1000 allowed tokens. The M2M utilization never updated with the correct value. However, user consumption works well tough.
