Login fail for specific user using google oauth

I have a user that tried to signup using google and got a “looks like something went wrong” notice (tracking id: 0ef1a4ed69f92249716c) error. When I looked in the logs, I got an interesting error that says in the description "Unsupported response type: ZhAk.

Is this related to Fixed length Access Token or is this something else? When I looked in the raw logs, the entry had some odd values in the attributes for “qs”, but this might just be encrypted.
