- We are trying to update to V3 of the LinkedIn social connection
- We rely heavily on getting the user’s email address
- When we upgrade to V3 of the connection in Auth0, and have the email checked in scopes, then try to “Test Connection”: it doesn’t work (see screenshot). It works if we uncheck email.
- If we try and go back to V2 and save, then refresh the page, it has changed back to V3
I saw there are other similar closed threads about this, but could not actually find a solution.
Is the built-in Auth0 LinkedIn connection effectively broken?
