I've been blocked

Hello, I am one of your AI users and have recently discovered that I have been blocked on your platform. I apologise if I have done something to cause this and would like to know the reason for the block.
I accessed your website and clicked the Log in button, but received an error message stating “Sorry, you have been blocked and are unable to access auth0.openai.com”.
I am concerned and would like to know the reason for the block and if it is possible to unblock my account.
