When the hide forgot password link is enabled, it also disables the endpoint that triggers a password reset email to be sent to a user - is there a way to circumvent this control?
We’d still like to be able to send password reset emails from our backend, just not expose this to users.

Just to confirm with you, once hiding the forgot password link, you are unable to send a password change email using the Management Api Ticket Endpoint?
Alternatively, you can visit this knowledge article regarding disabling the forgot password link.
