Is there a limit to the number of users that can be created in the Auth0 database?

I don’t think there are any limitations as the infrastructure scales.

I’d like to know if it’s mentioned in the documentation.

Technically, there’s no limit on the number of users you can store in Auth0 database. There are, however, plan limitations: Pricing - Auth0 (scroll down a bit to see a comparison table). Basically, Free plans allow for up to 7,000 users and Enterprise customers don’t have any limits.
