Hi, I am trying to add an action that if the user do not have otp, enroll with it, but it is optional and if they choose to skip for now, use email code to finish the workflow. Is it possible to achieve?
I think you’re able to redirect in a post-login action to a page that offers the skip for now thing, then set a user metadata flag (or something similar) that another action can detect and either force them to setup MFA or skip it depending on the flag value.
Hi,
You mean add a new page by myself? I want to add a skip for now button on the original page, once it clicked, verify with email and ask for OTP enroll again to process the same steps.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make the MFA enrollment optional. This is mentioned in this knowledge solution.
Additionally, I recommend upvoting on this feedback request, asking for a way to allow users to opt-in to MFA. This will allow our teams to prioritize new features based on the feedback request number of votes.
Thanks,
Rueben
