It is not possible to add a whitelisted passwordless demo user.
Instead, we recommend that you use a temporary db connection that will allow the application review to take place. Using a username and password style connection while the application review takes place, you can create a demo user and provide the necessary credentials for the review. Switch back to passwordless authentication after the review is approved.
