Invoice/Receipt/Bill Auth0 Teams

Hello,

my company did a self-service subscription last year and selected yearly payment. Somehow we didn’t receive some proof of payment.
I know that there should be a tab with “payment history”, but I just can’t find it. Because of the teams thing I don’t have it in the tenant subscription settings and on the teams section i only got the tabs “Subscription” and “Payment & Billing”.

I would really appreciate some help, because it’s quite urgent for our inhouse documents.

Are you able to create a support ticket via support.auth0.com?

If so, our team should be able to help you retrieve the proof of payment. Otherwise, please send a DM to @support and we can assist you in creating a ticket.
