Is it possible to increase the email max length (64 chars) in the Auth0 database like for the username?

Is it the username field on database connections that you’re referring to as this can go up to 128 characters as per https://auth0.com/docs/authenticate/database-connections/require-username#username-length
If not please send us a screenshot if possible of the relevant field being referred to for clarity and context.
