Inactivity session logging out user after a few minutes even though its set to 3 days

I have checked your tenant session management settings and can confirm that you have your Inactivity timeout set to 3 days.

First, could you please ensure you have selected Persistent Session for your Session Cookie Mode setting.

If, even after configuring these settings, you are still experiencing the issue, could you please provide me with the steps you took to reproduce this problem?

And could you clarify if this is happening to your dev or prod tenant?
