Identities Array Missing from ID Token in Callback Response

Overview

We have the Google Social connection and the same application configured on two tenants. However, one tenant does not have the user’s identities object from the callback response. The screenshots below show the difference:

Solution

This is controlled by the tenant-level flag “enable_legacy_profile.” To show the identities object in the callback response, please contact the Auth0 Support team.
