At this moment, it is not supported out of the box to have both a Username-Password and a Passwordless Connection working on an application, as in some cases, a user profile created through this type of Passwordless Connection could share their email identifier
with a profile associated with another type of connection.
However, such an authentication flow can be achieved by creating a custom UI in your application that checks for the user’s available authentication methods. I recommend checking the following topics and documentations for more information on the matter:
I recommend submitting a Feature Request or voting on an existing request for this, which has already been submitted by others. This can help with the features development, if many users would like to see this feature in the future.
