How to send phone number in signup api

I know there is a way using meta data but i want to use my phone number to receive otp for forgot password, is there any flow exist like that?
So i can use my custom signup using email, password, phone number and then can request for forgot password using mobile number.

Hi @pj210493,

You can add step up MFA to the password reset process and specify SMS as the MFA type using a Password Reset Flow Action.
