How to map claims with auth0 is a Service Provider in a SAML connection

Hi

We are setting up a SAML connection with a client. we need to map the NameID that comes from them to the email_verified (so we can bypass the email verification process, as suggested here)

How do we do that? Couldnt find any fields or instructions
