How to generat request for send SAML token from Encoded SAML Response with which I faced in debug?

I want debug my application in case when I got SAML token from Encoded SAML Response with which I faced in debug and I don’t understad how request should be look in postman or CURL, what headers should be present, what content type? I try to research this info in documentation but did not match anything about that. How request should be look? Help please
