The prompt is called reset-password and you will find it under Branding → Universal Login → Advanced Options → Custom text.

As far as I know, the change password email template serves whenever an email with a password reset link is sent to the user.
This means password change = password reset email template.
(Branding → Email Templates → Template: Change Password)
