We are about to sign up for a plan. We need 5 child tenants for dev enviorment, testing enviorment etc.
Could someone talk to me about which plan should we sign up?

No matter which tier you’re gonna pick you will be able to setup multiple environments and tenants. More on that here:
the question is how many active users you’re potentially gonna have + in what features from our stack you will be interested.
