How do I access the Auth0 Management API Token for when accessing the /api/v2/users/{id} endpoint?

So I’m trying to get the Auth0 Management API Token in order to use with my /api/v2/users/{id} endpoint on my front end, let headers = ["authorization": "Bearer YOUR_MGMT_API_ACCESS_TOKEN"]. I’ve seen a lot of tutorials but I’m still a bit confused on how to get the token in my case. Can someone bullet point or tell me the steps in order to take to get the Auth0 Management API Token on my Swift front end so I can access the /api/v2/users/{id} endpoint?
