Getting invalid json format error with CSV file types from second time with diff users

We are trying to reply to older posts, in case others encounter the same error and find it useful; one possible reason of this behaviour would be if there are any whitespaces within the values or illegal characters, that are not allowed as, for example, email formats. A similar issue was brought up in this topic as well : Auth0 disallows emails with valid format
