Failed to login to my tenant, please help

Dear team,

I created a free auth0 tenant few years ago and used it for some testing. Recently, when I tried to login to my account, it prompted me to input a MFA code, unluckily, I might have lost that mobile and even forgot my recovery code. So what steps should I take to get me login? Please help.
