Overview

This article explains the reason behind the below error that is encountered while trying to run an import with the Deploy CLI in the console:

“error: Problem running command import during stage processChanges when processing type customDomains”

Cause

This error occurs while importing a Custom Domain using Deploy CLI into a FREE tenant without a paid subscription. The Custom Domain feature is not supported on a free plan, so the import failed.

Solution

While performing the import using deploy CLI, if a free tenant without a paid subscription is being used, remove the custom domain from the yaml file or the directory format while importing.
