Solution

The default settings for Suspicious IP Throttling are as follows:

Signup attempts: 50 signup attempts in one day per IP address. If exceeded, Auth0 suspends further all attempts.

Login attempts: 100 login attempts in one day per IP address, If exceeded, Auth0 suspends further all attempts.
