Database migration to auth0 under Developer plan

Hello,

We are currently on the free plan, and soon planning to get a Developer plan. I had a few questions related to the same:

  1. Currently we have a non-standard way of hashing a password, so it’s a blocker for us to export users to auth0 without having to reset their passwords. Would it be possible to migrate users from our database to auth0 one at a time when the user logs in? This would require us to have a custom database connection to authenticate users at our end at first before user is migrated to auth0 database (I saw that custom database connection is only supported in enterprise plan and not in Developer plan)?

  2. Can we make use of below APIs under developer plan to create new users and update their password in auth0?

    https://{{auth0_domain}}/dbconnections/change_password

  3. Does the External active users count considers single tenant or multiple tenants?

According to this page: Pricing - Auth0
Lazy migration is supported in the developer plan.

For #2, I think so, but I am not sure

For 3 count is all tenants

Database Migration is a part of our Developer Plan according to our pricing page:

Yep sorry it is under developer plan. I got confused looking at the main table above and then scrolling down. The upper one doesn’t show the free tier. Sorry for the confusion!
