Problem statement
Customers custom domain (Auth0 self-managed certificates) shows verification as pending.
Troubleshooting
- Double check the domain name configured to make sure it matches.
- If the CNAME record has been configured but does not appear to have propagated, make sure the nameservers are configured properly as well.
Cause
- Typo in the domain name.
- CNAME misconfiguration
- Nameserver misconfiguration
- Issue on Auth0 side
Solution
Make sure the domain name is correct. Check the CNAME and nameserver configuration. If all of these are as expected then please raise a support ticket.
