Create a password change ticket and set url lifetime (setting expiry time)

I use ‘PasswordChangeTicketRequest’ object to create password reset ticket but and I set the ttl_sec to which is like for 2592000(30 days). But I keep getting complaints from my user that they are not able to use the ticket the other day.

The ticket works immediately though. I keeps repeating, please let me what is being missed in this.
