Problem statement

In order to meet privacy compliance requirements, the contact information address of the GDPR subprocessor’s Auth0 contact person may be needed. This article helps in providing this information.

Solution

This information is in the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) on page 5 - item 8.

  • Data Protection Officer. Members of the Okta Group have appointed a data protection officer. The appointed person may be reached at privacy@okta.com.
