Complete list of Auth0 Universal Login Password controls

We are migrating existing customers from our legacy platform to Auth0. Please can someone point me to all the password control options available?

I have seen this, which seems basic:

Also:
Is there a maximum password length limit?
What special characters are not supported?
Are Chinese characters supported?

This is the most recent guidance I can find:

We do allow all characters including Unicode and whitespace.

We don’t currently have a maximum password length
