The default avatar create by auth0 (retrieved in the jws token) is a solid color background with two letters from the user’s name. Is there a way to modify the background? Our client wants that image to be a certain color background.

Hi @dedicatedmanagers , the background color of the default two-letter pictures cannot be changed (they are static images). If such a customization is required, you will need to update the picture attribute of each user via management API: Auth0 Management API v2
