Change reset password form/email language

I’m using universal login and react sdk I changed the language option in the universal login to be French,
how can I change the language in the reset form and verification/reset password mail to French as well?
I don’t want to customize the language as hardcoded I want the default but in French just like the universal login

To my best knowledge, the only option to customize the email language is to use the templates, as shown here:

Customize Email Templates

Regarding the reset form, if you’re using the New Universal Login and don’t have a custom Password Reset Page enabled, it will be displayed in the same language as the one in the Login input screen.
