Description: We would like configurable CAPTCHA / Bot Detection also for 2FA/MFA steps in the login flow
Use-case: Some malicious users have abused our 2nd factor and have sent as many sms texts as possible with many registrations, generating costs. To prevent this, we need CAPTCHA / Bot Detection for 2FA/MFA steps.
