Can't see Groups under User Management

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

First, what you have observed is expected. The Auth0 Dashboard’s User management has only the Users and Roles.

The Groups component you referred to might be the Authorization Extension.

If so, you will need to download the extension on your Auth0 Dashboard > Extensions. Once that is complete, you can start using the Authorization Extension for RBAC (Role-Based Action Control).
