Hi.
I am the manager of our team’s Auth0 dashboard. I used to log in successfully up until a few days ago, to manage users, apps, etc. Now, whenever I try to log in (Chrome browser), I get the message below:
This page isn’t working
auth0.auth0.com redirected you too many times.
Similar messages are thrown in Firefox and Safari. I am using a Mac. I have been trying to access the dashboard now for more than 24 hours, and also could not find similar recent threads. Clearing the cookies also did not help. Please advise.

Let me try to provide a few more troubleshooting steps that you can go through, since any of these might somehow cause the redirect loop:

If you are authenticating from a bookmark, please make sure that you delete it and login to manage.auth0.com

If you have multiple Auth0 accounts, your browser might be trying to authenticate you against the wrong one, leading to a loop between the login page and the dashboard, so try to open a Private/Incognito window and login again.

Auth0 uses JWTs for authentication, which have strict iat and exp claims. If your Mac’s system clock is off by even a few minutes, the token Auth0 sends back might be seen as “not yet valid” or “expired”, so try to verify the system time and date by going to System Settings > General > Date & Time and ensure “Set time and date automatically” is toggled ON.

Disable any VPN or Firewall temporarily since if your IP address changes mid-session this might also be the cause
If none if this help, I would recommend to check the Browser Console for any redirect status codes ( e.g. 302s or 307s ), since it might tell us the reason for the infinite redirects
