Can't login to auth0

On log-in to auth0 using my gmail account I’m asked to provide a code from Google Authenticator, but there is no option to add my auth0 account there because I can’t login. Also, I don’t remember the recovery code. Can you please help?

Please send your account email address and tenant name to the @support group. We’ll create a ticket for the Developer Support Team to reset MFA.
