Can't access invoices

Hi
I can’t access invoices and they were never sent to us.

They were for a paid account which we have now shut down. However our auditors are asking for a copy of the invoices.

How do I get them please? The support.auth0.com only works if you have an active paying subscription :frowning:

Any help would be most appreciated!
