Cannot retrieve additional parameter from user_metadata

I have this rule set up:

And this user set up:

However the only piece of metadata making it through is subscriber_ids:

I’ve tried making separate rules, using dot notation for key values, but cannot get it to come through. When I try the rule itself I can see the metadata in the profile, however if I try a connection using the connections tab, the data never comes through

Are you talking about the “view_id_xyz” parameter?
If yes, it needs to be namespaced like your other parameter. Keys cannot be added without name spacing.
