Cannot access the Dashboard with a Tenant User Support role

Problem Statement

A Tenant user with the Support role tries to access the dashboard to interact with Apps, Connections, etc. without success. The dashboard only shows general metrics.

Solution

The Support Access role has access to:

  • Metrics-Only Activity Stats in the Management Dashboard
  • Create and manage support tickets in Support Center
  • Usage Report
  • Compliance
