Calling MFA - OTP on actions doesn't work

Hi,

My current plan is B2C Essentials and it lists “Pro MFA Factors”. I have a post login action which asks for MFA for some kind of users, but it actually doesn’t work – the MFA setup flow (which shows the OTP QR code) doesn’t appear.

I have enabled the One-Time Password option under Security > Multi-Factor Auth.

I just checked your tenant’s logs and noticed that you successfully enrolled with OTP MFA.

I also checked your MFA settings and post-login action script and verified that it is correctly configured.

It seems like everything is working well now. Could you confirm this?

I am unsure, but at the time of checking, I confirmed that MFA was correctly configured and working.
