[BUG] fga unable to add tuple object that includes a dash

UI error message is “ObjectId is invalid, cannot contain ‘:’ or ‘#’, start with ‘*’ or have white spaces”. None of these conditions are true, and the pattern of “objectid-hasdash” is already used in other valid tuples.
