Authentication Error - User is not authorized

Hi, sorry if I’m asking a wrong question, first time on Auth0. Everything was working up to this morning, and now we can’t log in to our system and getting Authentication Error - User is not authorized. User tenantId was not specified.

Anyone has any ideas where to start looking for the cause of issue?
