Auth0 Logs to Segment Extension

Hi everyone,

First of all let me say im sorry if you already have a topic like this one, i could not find one.

I’m having troubles sending logs from Auth0 to segment using this extension.

I just get this error:

auth0 Skipping logs from ... 5 after retries

Could anyone help me with this.

While reviewing a similar report I found something that seems incorrect in the Segment extension logic and from my interpretation I believe that currently the Segment extension is simply not functioning.

I already reported my findings to the respective team, but I’m afraid I don’t yet have any additional feedback to share. I’ll try to keep this post updated with additional information when it is available and apologies for this situation with the broken extension.
