Assign default role/permissions after user sign up

Hello,

I’m using core RBAC and looking for a way to assign role for a user just after sign up. Assigned role/permissions must appear instantly in access token.

What possible approaches are to achieve such functionality?

Also I’m a bit confused regarding such small amount of requests/questions about such functionality. Maybe is this approach wrong?
