Hello, I have a feeling this is a long shot. Reading Brute-Force Protection I can see that the user is blocked for 15 minutes.
Is there any way to adjust the blocked duration? I’ve got a request to increase it to 30 minutes if possible.

Unfortunately we don’t have such option in terms of setting preferences for brute force protection;
What I will suggest here is to file in a feature request for that using our product feedback form here:
