Add a Password Strength Meter

Feature:
Add the option to display a password strength meter when users are choosing a password.

Description:
Current OWASP ASVS Password Security recommendations state the following:
“Verify that a password strength meter is provided to help users set a stronger password.”

Use-case:
This would apply to all customers using Auth0’s password chooser form(s), and would apply to anyone wanting to comply with OWASP ASVS guidance.
