Action Required: Change to Non-Namespaced Custom Claims behavior

For one of my tenant, I received an email with Subject:
Action Required: Change to Non-Namespaced Custom Claims behavior

However by searching the log for:
type:depnote AND description: *Custom*claims* nothing comes out.

Does it mean I am unaffected and there is no action needed?
